Appointment Policy

We recommend you to schedule an appointment to help us serve you and others more efficiently. Walk-ins are welcome, but please understand that scheduled appointments will be seen first.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must also be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. A deposit will be required for hospitalized patients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Our payment plan is in the form of CareCredit. This is a medical credit card that is used in human/dental/veterinary medicine. It offers no interest extended payment plans.
