Dr. Jason McFarland is a 1997 Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he completed a medicine and surgery internship at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Over the last 15 years, Dr. McFarland has practiced on both large and small animals alike. He has a special interest in orthopedics and has completed additional courses in ASIF and TPLO certification. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married 13 years and have two beautiful daughters. Their extended family includes 2 pugs named Maya and Eve. Dr. McFarland’s free time is spent serving the Lord, fishing, camping, and family fun.

Dr. Michelle McFarland is also a graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a part-time veterinarian at the animal hospital and a full-time mom to their two little girls. Michelle’s areas of special interest include dermatology and feline medicine. Her free-time is spent with the family camping, playing games, cooking, and bike riding.

Sandy is from Tomball and has lived in this area her entire life.  She has worked in the Veterinary field as a Customer Service Representative for over 7 years.  Sandy strives to provide exceptional client service and optimal patient care.  She has an adorable and fun-loving daughter who is 12 years old and keeps her very busy! They share their home with Macie, a long-haired, miniature dachshund. In her free time, she enjoys walking, listening music and spending time with those she dearly loves - her family, her friends, and her dog.

Sarah is senior at Cy-Wood’s High School and lives in Cypress, TX. She is a member of the Cy-Wood’s FFA Chapter and enjoys showing her lambs and steers. Sarah loves working with and caring for all animals. In her spare time she likes horseback riding, hunting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Oregon Shauna Knapp is a 2001 graduate of Bel-Rea Veterinary Technical Institute. She obtained experience at Alameda East and Littleton Large Animal Clinic in Colorado. Shauna then moved to warmer weather in Texas to work in the Large Animal ICU at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Shauna is the practice manager here at the Companion Animal Hospital of Waller, and has been with the Waller Equine Hospital since its opening as an equine anesthetist, technician and the hospital administrator. In her spare time Shauna enjoys painting, and walking with her dog (who doesn’t know he is a dog) Wylie.
